Shipping / Returns / Exchanges


Shipping 

  • Free domestic shipping on all orders. 
  • Free International shipping when you spend $300 or more. 
  • Free shipping to Canada when you spend $220 or more. 
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday.
  • On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
Returns 
  • You have 30 days from the day of shipment to return the item for an exchange of a different size only. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number in order to be eligible for an exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust, hair or any fragrances, and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping address will be provided when you contact sales@bohobohemia.com 
  • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once item arrives it will go through inspection. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or store credit. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.  
  • Please notify a Customer Service Specialist after you mail your return by e-mailing sales@bohobohemia.com. A tracking number must be provided. 
  
Exchanges / Store Credit  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your item is approved, the exchange or store credit will be processed. 
  • Exchanges only apply to the US 
  • Exchanges do not apply for International orders, however a store credit will be issued for future orders.
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order
  • Exchanges usually ship 24-48 hours after item is received. 
  • Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a special promo code will be issued to you via e-mail. Your store credit can be used during checkout of your next order. 
  • For any orders that received free shipping, customer will be responsible for shipping fees to re-ship the item if returned for an exchange.
